Light and delicious (YES, it's actually soft!), and melts in your mouth. This is a regional delicacy here in the Inland Northwest, the deep southern states, and parts of central and southeast Asia. Always one of our best-sellers, is also one of the most habit-forming confections known to mankind. While we didn't invent soft peanut brittle, we're on a mission to perfect it...and we like ours with a deeper "roastier" flavor plus we candy our peanuts for the extra touch!

"Smooth" Peanut Brittle (RSB original creation) - 1/4lb bag
Our amazing soft peanut brittle, but without any individual peanut pieces. It's just the melt-in-your-mouth peanut candy. Perfect if you can't have whole nut pieces, have dental issues with eating nuts, or if you just love the candy without the peanuts!

Bacon Peanut Soft Brittle (RSB original creation) - 1/4lb bag
We use a cured hickory-smoked maple bacon...quite literally the MOST bacon we could stuff into this and still have the candy hold together. A serious bacon-lovers' treat. If you put bacon in everything...because...it's bacon...then this is the candy for you. Opens with the peanut flavors and as it's chewed the cured bacon comes in beautifully, and then finishes with that savory smoky flavor.

This one is for the Nutella® lovers. It took us over a year to perfect. It's a delightfully light soft brittle made with this glorious chocolate-hazelnut spread instead of peanuts and peanut butter.
